I have owed this to 
for a while.
He basically has favorited everything and comments on all of my stuff and one day I kinda sat there and realized- I haven't thanked him... Well that was a butt-face move of me!
So I asked him what he wanted me to draw him. And this was his answer! So here is Fern and Sue Ellen from Arthur.

NOW ABOUT THIS DEVIATION:
I originally drew a full-er picture, and then I sketched out some chibis on the next page. And everyone who looked at it said they liked this one better. So I scanned and colored the chibis because they were cuter.
So, should you want the full version, just ask! It's honestly no trouble, I just need to color it c:
